Shipping Policy
The buyer pays shipping on all physical orders. There is no shipping on Virtual or downloadable orders.
When a promotion is run FREE SHIPPING will apply only to the advertised products. Please note that NO shipping will be done to Post Boxes.
From time to time we will offer a special discount CODE. Provide this at the final stage of CART completion to be taken in to account.
All orders are charged in USD.
Delivering Your Order
RELAXzd Co provides worldwide delivery. Our main delivery is Europe. If orders are shipped beyond Europe it may take a little longer.
Please note that RELAXzd Co operates 24/7 since it is e-commerce. Certain survives will fall under the category of a normal Mon-Fri work week. However, if we receive any communication on public holiday or Sundays, your query or communication will be addressed the first working day after. Orders will only be processed the first working day after said holiday or Sunday.
Expected Delivery Time
Website development orders will only commence once a concept has been agreed appon by both parties, and a 50% deposit has been made by the client in good faith. Other delivery timeframes are dependent on the location of the buyer. Standard fulfilment will take 2-7 business days and delivery will take 7-30 business days after fulfillment and depending on worldwide location.
If you have not received your items within this time frame, please email us with your full name and order number and will look into your delivery immediately! In most cases, delivery has been attempted and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
International Taxes
Customer are responsible for any/all custom or import charges. Please contact our customer service team regarding any shipment or import charges.
International Shipping
Due to the current world climate regarding COVID-19, it can be expected that orders can take longer than normal. Please email us if you have not managed to track your delivery through the correct tracking method.
BULK and HEAVY ITEM WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY. An additional shipping fee applies.
